EGYPT - 2006 I'm finally starting to put up some travel photos! This section is long overdue... especially when I'm trying to travel more and share my experiences with my friends and family. It is hard to express what some of these places are like... words can't describe it, and photos will never recreate the smells and winds of another place. We were in Egypt 1/28 - 2/10/2006. It was truly a magical trip, and the memories get richer every time I see the pictures again. Egypt in particular is hard to capture in pictures because so much of it is far beyond the human-scale; the landscape and the monuments truly defy the 4x6 camera format.
