I joined Gardens in Sept 2023 as their Operations Director. I guided the studio through scaling from 12 to 50 employees over two years, building operational infrastructure (finance, HR, IT/security, legal) designed to support planned growth to 80-100 employees. I established Garden’s Canadian subsidiary and the studio supported a distributed workforce across 13 US states and 4 Canadian provinces. For the first 2 years of my tenure I also oversaw the production department, but switched to focusing on studio level priorities once we had established a full time Executive Producer position. I strive to cultivate a culture of transparency, collaboration, empowerment and trust via deliberate organizational design and change management.
